1. GDPR Privacy & Data Governance
At CoreFusionWorks S.L., located at Calle Real, 15, 40001 Segovia, España (Email: [email protected]), we adhere strictly to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU 2016/679).
Data Collection: We collect minimal identifiable information required for architecture consulting, contract execution, and telemetry logging (including IP address, system transaction metadata, and contact records).

2. Terms of Service & SLA
By engaging CoreFusionWorks S.L. for high-load software development, custom ERP construction, or code refactoring, you accept our standard enterprise service level agreement (SLA):
- Intellectual Property: All custom code bases, database schemas, and migration scripts created specifically for the client transfer to the client upon full payment.
- Infrastructure Availability: Systems deployed under our managed retainer target a 99.999% uptime guarantee as specified in individual sprint statements of work.
- Liability Limits: CoreFusionWorks S.L. is not liable for secondary revenue losses incurred due to third-party API gateway disruptions outside our managed cluster.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Custom engineering modules and architecture reviews are billed on a sprint or milestone basis.
Sprint Retainers: Sprints may be canceled with 14 business days written notice prior to the sprint kickoff date. Once a sprint has started, engineering allocations are non-refundable.
Fixed Audits: Capacity and security audits are non-refundable once the initial environment analysis report has been delivered.
